How to book an accommodation in Cannes
You will find below the answers to all your questions about your Cannes business accommodation or holiday rental in Cannes on the French Riviera.

Can I pay by credit card ?
Certain Credit Cards are accepted. These are listed in our rates. Payment is made via a system whereby data is encrypted and maximum security guaranteed.
When must I pay my security deposit ?
The security deposit is compulsory. To keep your arrival procedure as simple and efficient as possible, the security deposit must be made prior to arrival.

Unfortunately we cannot accept payment of the security deposit by cheque.

The simplest means is by credit card. We send you a form which you must complete, sign and fax back to us. Upon reception, we will call our credit card centre to check the validity of the card and ask for an authorisation number.

We will only debit money from your credit card in the event of damage, breakage or outstanding payments when you leave. However, allocation of the authorisation number may affect your credit limit. We consequently suggest that you check with your bank to ensure that your limit is increased if required, before departure.

We can also accept a bank transfer but we will not be able to return the security deposit to you until after your departure.
Can I cancel my booking?
No reservation is confirmed until payment of the initial deposit is received (generally 30%). Our company incurs costs right from the time your reservation is confirmed. Consequently, the sums paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances. It is therefore your responsibility to check with your insurance company whether they will refund you for a cancellation or our partner CHAPKA assurances.
Do you provide breakfast ?
If you come outside convention periods, breakfast is not included in the rates quoted.
If you come during a convention period, you will find a welcome basket with tea, coffee, cereals, jam, fruit juice etc. There is enough for several breakfasts.
Is there a tumble-drier in the apartment ?
Apartments 31, 32 & 42 only have a washing machine.
The other apartments have a washing machine / tumble-drier.
How many televisions are there in the apartment ? How many foreign channels are there ?
There is one television in the living room and one television in each bedroom with :
• 2 British channels (including Eurosport)
• 1 American channel
• 18 French channels
• 2 Italian channels
• 1 Spanish channel
• 1 Russian channel
• 1 German channel

There is also a DVD player in the living room.
My arrival
What are the check-in days and times?
Outside convention periods, rentals go from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise stipulated).
Arrivals are generally from 4 pm to 8 pm and departures from 9 am to 10 am. Alternative times require our special authorisation.
A personal welcome may give rise to an extra charge (contact us).
During convention periods, both arrival and departure days and times may vary. Please consult us on this.

Does the building have private parking?
The building has no private parking.
Several car parks with surveillance are within short walking distance and one underground car park is situated just across the road from the building.

Is there a free luggage storage open 24/7 ?
Yes, by prior request, subject to availability.
How do I get the keys to the apartment?
As soon as the security deposit formalities have been validated, we will provide you with your personal access codes to the building and to your apartment.
On the table in the living room you will find your set of keys together with a Accommodation Guide complete with a full inventory of the apartment, all the instruction sheets for the appliances and various tips and addresses which will be of use to you. We have also listed the phone numbers where you can contact us in case of an emergency.
Where can I find help and assistance when in Cannes ?
As soon as we have received the security deposit, we will provide you with emergency phone numbers for our staff. If and when you require their assistance, they will be ready to deal with all your problems and queries.
Who will explain how the appliances work (oven, dishwasher, etc…) ?
In each apartment you will find a Guide to your Accommodation with:
• Simple instructions for all the appliances,
• How to get connected to the Internet,
• Useful phone numbers (Emergency Medical Service/called the SAMU, Police, Taxi, Convention Centre/Festival Palace),
• Tourist leaflets & brochures,
• Food store addresses,
• Restaurant addresses,
• A map with the location of the apartment showing where useful stores are situated in close proximity (pharmacy, supermarket, dry-cleaner’s, post office, etc.).
Practical on the spot issues
Will we be able to use your apartments for any purpose ?
Our apartments are exclusively rented for accommodation purposes and for the maximum number of occupants indicated in your contract. A greater number of occupants requires our prior approval.
Should you wish to use your apartment as an office or to receive clients, please inform us when booking as you may be bound by certain regulations.
Are your apartments fitted with telephones? Will I be able to connect my laptop computer and access my emails?
Telephones are on option in our apartments and handed out according to availability.
When there is a telephone at your disposal in the apartment we provide you with the phone number and its operating mode.
WIFI Internet access (1 MO) is free and available in all our apartments.
Can the apartments be accessed by people with a disability?
Our apartments cannot be easily accessed by disabled people. There are 3 steps down to the lift/elevator. Please do contact us if you have any queries concerning this.
